Your account

Everyone who uses Euli signs in, free or paid. Keep your sign-in to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used it. An account is for one person. You can see and sign out the Macs on your account from your account page.

The free plan and your own API key

On the free plan Euli calls Anthropic or OpenAI directly from your Mac with the API key you provide. Your use of that key is between you and that provider, under their terms, and they bill you for it. Keep your key private; Euli stores it on your Mac only.

Plans, prices and renewal

• Euli Plus and Euli Pro are subscriptions billed monthly or yearly, as you chose at checkout.
• They renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
• Plans include monthly limits shown on the pricing page and your account page. When you reach a limit, cloud features pause until the next period or until you upgrade.
• You can cancel at any time from Manage billing; you keep your plan until the end of the paid period.
• If we change the price of your plan, we tell you before it applies.

Payments

Dodo Payments processes payments as our merchant of record. It is the seller on your receipt and collects any applicable tax, and its buyer terms also apply to your purchase.

Acting on your computer

Euli can click, type and open apps and links on your Mac when you ask it to. Ask before acting is on by default, and Esc stops Euli at any time. You are responsible for what you ask Euli to do and for reviewing actions before you allow them. Euli is software and can make mistakes.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse Euli: no attempts to break or overload the service, get around plan limits, access other people's accounts, or use Euli for anything unlawful. We may suspend an account that does.

Liability

We provide Euli as it is and cannot promise it will always be error-free or available. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.
